Teachers can make a real difference in a student’s life and at Learn4Life they work with each student one-on-one or through small group instruction to help them accomplish their individual goals. Our personalized learning model and flexible schedule make Learn4Life high schools unique and are why we have a low teacher turnover. Here’s what our teachers are saying:

  • I CAN utilize the best teaching method for each student’s style of learning.
  • I CAN work one-on-one with students and help them find their passion – no matter their challenges.
  • I CAN better help students grow in confidence and academics.
  • I CAN flourish in a small classroom environment – and so can my students.
  • I CAN be part of a team of tutors, school counselors and social workers to help remove any obstacles that prevent a student from learning.
  • I CAN give students the extra time they deserve.
  • I CAN devote more time to each student because my caseload is about one-fifth of that at my previous school.
  • I CAN be the best teacher for my students.

Seven in 10 high school teachers agree that a one-size-fits-all education, with the same curriculum and teaching methods for all students, is a thing of the past. More than half (51 percent) feel uncertain about their ability to impact their students’ performance in a traditional large-group classroom setting, according to a survey conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Learn4Life.
